Miss Mischief

And now that the Menfolk are back at school?  What has Blythe been up to?  Well, she's not walking yet, nor is she standing.  Nanny is pretty worried about this, but frankly I am counting my blessings.  She already speed crawls so I don't even know what I will do once she starts walking -- which I only imagine will quickly turn into running.

Meanwhile, let's review what she is doing in the meantime...

She's become a ham for the camera

She loves to rearrange things in the fridge so I can't find them later.
New wheels!

Her favorite place to be.

Blythe is keeping me busy!  She is getting teeth slowly on the bottom and has several on top, but doesn't really want to eat "real" food.  Not when she can be spoon fed!  So far, her favorites are fresh fruits like grapes and peaches.  She also loves Happy Meals.  So far, Blythe is not the typical baby -- she won't eat pasta, so no mac and cheese for her.  But she loves my arroz con pollo and chicken salad of all things.  She's a bundle of surprises, that's for sure.

And she still loves to dance!  I have music on for her almost all day and she'll dance or sway, even "sing".

Right now, she says "my mama/mommy", "mama", "daddy", "Nanny", "Papa" (sometimes), "cookie", "lala", "ni-ni" and few other odds and ends.    I sure love my spunky little girl!

  1. She's so adorable! I love hearing about how she's growing, what she's doing and learning. So far, my only experience is watching my niece Ruby these past 2+ years and will see the same with Livi. It's just all so amazing and at that age... everything is just so cute!!
